To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大年初一同家人到尖沙咀翠亨邨飲茶，往年家人都會選擇唔同的酒樓，所以今次亦係第一次於新年幫襯翠亨邨。食物方面真係絕對滿意，無論點心，燒味等都美味。反而有好多點心都售罄，無機會試。價錢方面，以食品的質素，品牌的效應，及位於尖沙咀的地理，都認同的。服務方面，我地嘗試於早前訂位，不過已經滿晒，所以係以walkin等位。其實等候的時間並唔算太耐，大約1小時，可以接受。但係負責接待的其中一位職員 (應該係較高級)的面口就有待改善，需明白作為顧客，大家都係希望可以盡快入座，希望可以有番啲同理心。反而樓面有個別同事就唔錯，主動幫我地跟進未到的點心，攞番唔少失分。整體食物滿意，價錢算合理，服務一般。
