午膳時間到中環辦點事,完事後約了在中環工作的好友飲茶一聚。飲茶的地點是喜双逢,上回吃過晚飯印象不俗,今次一試茶市希望有好水準。點心選擇不算很多,大部分要四五十元一碟,炒粉麵飯要百餘元起,定價略貴。小吃芝麻叉燒酥,酥皮略厚,腍身而稍欠酥脆。叉燒餡切得細細粒,食味口感不算特別突出。 蒸點試了水晶鮮蝦餃及老干媽蒸鳳爪。蝦餃包得幾靚,餃皮不算特别薄,算上合理。餡料蝦肉份量足,食味爽鮮。老干媽蒸鳳爪醃得入味腍身,味道中規中矩喇! 小食試了煎粟米墨魚餅、避風塘雞中翼及紅燒妙齡乳鴿三款。煎粟米墨魚餅食味香口,墨魚味對辦,口感亦見彈牙。避風塘雞中翼夠熱夠酥香,亦見乾身不膩口,但味道調較稍稍鹹了少許。紅燒妙齡乳鴿,選材雖細了少許,但肉香頗濃幾好食。 主食點了店方推介的砂鍋鮑魚雞粒燴飯,份量十足,出品熱辣,開蓋一刻香氣四溢。燴飯粒粒沾上鮑汁,色水幾平均,拌上雞粒味道調較濃香不俗。主角鮑魚有四小只,雖然體積很小,但味道口感都算有交代。整體來說,酒家的點心小吃皆富一定水準,但計及用膳環境,還是覺得貴了一點。
