To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 專誠去北角諗住試下佢地自家制嘅蕎麥麵但係好可惜 我哋好晏先到 搞到蕎麥麵賣曬唯有食烏冬啦😭😭😭我哋叫咗兩個set加刺身拼盤一個係炸豬扒冷烏冬一個係牛舌冷烏冬價錢合理 一啲都唔貴炸豬扒正常發揮啦 冇咩好特別 不過就夠大份 大過我隻手掌 食到我地好飽個牛舌好厚切好淋😍咬落去啲汗係會'必'出嚟而啲烏冬就好煙韌但係我哋覺得最好味嘅係鰹魚刺身 好新鮮唔識點形容 但十分推介!!店員係咁過黎幫我地添水👍🏻好好今次食唔到蕎麥麵 下次一定要早啲去食到!

但係我哋覺得最好味嘅係鰹魚刺身 好新鮮
