唔知幾多年冇食過Pepper Lunch,嚟到東涌,好多餐廳唔係排晒長龍就係未開,唯有去food court 搵食。見到pepper lunch 已經回憶緊細個,當時pepper lunch對於個學生哥黎講其實都算貴。嗌左個黑椒芝士牛肉飯,唔嗌新出嗰啲只因為想回憶下舊有既味道。自己係度撈下撈下,煮到啲肉熟為止。食落去,其實無乜黑椒味,要自己加。肉都無乜味,要加啲醬去點去吊味。芝士更加少,拉絲都唔夠拉。真係純粹為左啖回憶🥺
