To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十月尾見到Mira eShop的11.11狂賞節有翠亨邨 雙十一特惠 套餐買一送一優惠,便打算結婚紀念日去吃飯慶祝,窩夫與蝦子餅當年是在尖沙咀翠亨邨擺酒結婚的,特別有意思。特惠套餐兩位用原價1,595元,雙11優惠價798元,已包加一服務費和茶茗。事隔多重遊舊地,天花的「荷葉」還在。一打開法式焗蟹蓋 的蓋子便香氣四溢,焗蟹蓋的饀料厚厚的,蟹肉份量很足,加入洋蔥等配料,味道和口感更有層次。原個木瓜燉花膠鮑魚(原價每位198元)的燉湯清甜,平時較常用木瓜燉糖水,用來燉湯也不錯。燉湯裡有一件花膠和一隻鮑魚,鮑魚稍嫌不夠腍。脆皮王子鴿也是香氣撲鼻,王子鴿皮脆肉嫩,調味剛好,不會太鹹。濃湯浸時蔬用上蝦子餅愛吃的豆苗,成本比其他蔬菜高,很有誠意。豆苗軟硬適中,吸收了濃湯,卻又不會蓋過豆苗本身的菜味。鮮魚湯帶子蝦球手工麵的帶子大隻厚身,蝦球也不小,爽口彈牙,魚湯一點也不腥,配幼身的手工麵一流。芝麻煎堆仔新鮮炸起熱辣辣,特別好吃,裡面有蓮蓉饀,不是空心的。
