雖然已經踏入十月,中秋節亦已過,但天氣仍然持續炎熱,每日最高氣溫徘徊逾攝氏 30°C,而且周日更刮起颱風。見天氣咁唔穩定,所以這晚就決定不再遠闖,留在住處附近覓食。記得早排去 AEON STYLE 購物時,發現地下開咗間意大利 Fusion 菜餐廳「Quattro's Kitchen」,看過門外餐牌,價錢合理,就一於不作他想,來這裡開餐。店子位於地面層,裝潢以木色為主調,環境光猛,地方闊落,完全無侷感,睇得出喺設計上花過唔少心思。近門口嘅櫃位擺滿了一盆盆綠油油的植物作裝飾,為餐廳帶出自然清新感覺。再細看四周,樓底頗高,檯與檯之間排得唔密,加上開放式的門面設計,四通八達,人在其中,倍感悠閒舒暢。晚市餐牌很簡單,除了一款可供四人享用嘅  Signature Beef Platter 之外,其餘都是以散點為主,有湯、前菜、麵條及飯、主菜、廚師推介、甜品及飲品等。先點一客意式多士 ($78) 做 Starter,碟上嘅多士共有三款,分別為煙三文魚多士、自家製鵝肝醬多士、松露蘑菇醬多士,而中間就配以沙律菜作點綴。煙三文魚大片又厚身,非常煞食,吃起來肉質嫩滑,鹹香可口。鵝肝醬味濃豐腴,甘香幼滑,吃

先點一客意式多士 ($78) 做 Starter,碟上嘅多士共有三款,分別為煙三文魚多士、自家製鵝肝醬多士、松露蘑菇醬多士,而中間就配以沙律菜作點綴。煙三文魚大片又厚身,非常煞食,吃起來肉質嫩滑,鹹香可口。鵝肝醬味濃豐腴,甘香幼滑,吃下時心裡滿是罪咎感,但偶爾淺嘗,滿足一下口腹也不算過份!松露蘑菇醬,醬料含蘑菇顆粒,食落富質感。至於墊底的多士,咬下亦非常酥脆,值得一讚。

餐廳有送餐前麵包,兩個麵包賣相都好吸引,烘得色澤金黃。立即拿上手,依然有餘溫,而且還散發著陣陣香氣,塗上牛油後,入口外脆內軟,很有質素。

湯揀咗干邑龍蝦湯和是日精選餐湯各一。干邑龍蝦湯 ($68)  很有水準,質感滑溜,而且干邑能帶起龍蝦湯嘅味道,令口感變得更濃。面頭的麵包粒略欠脆口,不過內裡嘅蝦隻非常彈牙,未食主菜已經很有滿足感。

是日精選餐湯 ($42)  係意米雜菜湯,雜菜湯用料好豐富,表面浮起薄薄嘅紅油,香草味濃,酸甜味亦平衡得唔錯,而且最特別就是加入了意大利米一同烹煮,食落外柔內剛,十分有嚼感。

主菜點了扒美國西冷 ($218),西冷用木砧板盛著,旁邊配有薯蓉、椰菜、翠玉瓜、黃椒、紅蘿蔔和蜜豆,而且上桌時還附有燒汁,非常之有大堆頭。牛扒好巨型,Size 比手掌還要大,絕對足夠兩位享用。切開一看,肉芯呈粉嫩色澤,咬落鬆軟,牛味頗重,有牛香,而且吃起來油份充足,但又不會太油膩,配上燒汁同吃,肉味更濃。

接著是一客三文魚柳伴帶子野菌鮮蝦野米飯 ($148),面頭嘅三文魚扒,非常厚身,入口魚油甚豐,咬下啖啖肉,而且外皮煎得十分香脆,唯一美中不足是肉質不夠細滑。魚扒下面放有爽口彈牙嘅大蝦,而帶子亦煎至嫩滑不韌。墊底嘅野米飯用上美國黑米和意大利米飯混合煮成,食落好有層次,而且既高纖又營養豐富,夠曬健康。

甜品揀咗焗蘋果批配雪糕 ($65),蘋果批上面嘅果肉切成一片片,像花瓣一樣,食落有啖啖果香,而且甜味又不太死板,易入口又平衡。批邊焗得好香脆,旁邊配有生果,再伴上一球冰凍嘅雲呢拿雪糕同吃,非常夾配,味道清新不膩。
