行過元朗，朋友拉住我去試咗間TERA寺日式店，超級有驚喜。首先俾那個明太子蟹肉意粉🍝截住眼球，意粉啱啱好嘅煙韌同埋啖啖蟹肉，爽口得嚟Creamy，每一啖都似在講故事咁，令人回味無窮。然後，個宇治抹茶疏乎厘Pancake🥞，尼個限定嘅甜品，真係將我呢個鍾意食甜嘅人搞得雙眼發光，Pancake超級鬆軟，一啖抹茶忌廉，清新抹茶味頓時在口腔爆炸，啱晒愛新奇嘅食客。而家講返個招牌菜，香煎雞扒煙肉牛角包窩夫伴薯菜，咋一睇，係唔係好特別？但一咬落去，嗰個酥脆窩夫🧇同多汁雞扒，配置得就好似天造地設噉，味蕾直接飛上天。嗌完這個，還有個海鹽蕉糖窩夫挑戰我嘅甜度承受極限，香蕉、海鹽、甜味，三者合拼曲奇碎，每一啖都係完美嘅平衡。喂，講到興奮我都想再去！💕😍🎉
