趁住聖誕節當然要搵大量不同既藉口比自己周圍去食啦,bonus又就黎派,食多幾餐豐富既都唔怕,慰勞番自己今年既努力。今日揀左銅鑼灣既洋蔥 Onion。。。餐廳好幽雅、幽靜,十二月份仲有簡單既聖誕裝飾;餐廳既食客都系細細聲甘傾計,所以系甘既氣氛底下,呢間餐廳真系非常適合大家黎享受呢一份幽靜。作為一間西餐廳,當然會提供聖誕大餐等等既食品啦,但由於我過幾日約左人食聖誕餐,今日就食住set dinner先啦!!而且set dinner啲選擇都唔錯。洋蔥一般會打汁,餐廳好少會真系拎黎煲洋蔥湯比客飲,店名既為洋蔥,當然要試試佢啦。其實基本上同一般既洋蔥汁味道差唔多,但系就鮮甜啲冇甘膩,但同樣地,味道唔算太suprise。餐前既頭盤系煙三文魚配沙律菜,沙律菜用左芝麻沙律醬調味,為一般西餐廳的標準配備,但亦有別於時下較多餐廳選用既黑醋沙律,呢款其實味道仲好啲。鵝肝(150g)多士配焦糖蘋果: 首先鵝肝當然系頂級既享受,味道不容質疑,香濃而不膩;但系其質感有別於一般所食既嫩滑同入口即溶,其質感比較結實,我比較唔鍾意呢種質感。呢個炭燒西班牙豬鞍系今晚既重點,雖然系唔系真正炭燒並不知道,因為香港既炭燒牌都相當

呢個炭燒西班牙豬鞍系今晚既重點,雖然系唔系真正炭燒並不知道,因為香港既炭燒牌都相當難攞。但系豬鞍系上菜時已經有非常香既炭燒香味,非常吸引。由於豬鞍質素優質,所以店方反而建議三至五成熟,所以揀五成熟啦(普通豬鞍應該唔可以甘生),豬鞍既肉質好嫩滑,切出黎肉汁仲不斷滴出黎,仲有相當香濃既脂肪包著個豬鞍,整體既肉味非常濃郁,仲好食過牛扒

六成熟既安格斯牛扒同樣有像炭燒一樣既網紋,但系炭燒味反而不及上面既豬鞍。牛扒生熟度岩岩好,切出黎有少許血絲,嫩滑而香濃,肉味雖香但並唔厚實,食過豬鞍後真系念念不忘。

咖啡豆微酸,而且咖啡味道並不香濃,只能說普普通通的即磨咖啡,要求不高的話應可接受。附送既奶可中和咖啡既微酸,加左之後都能夠遮掩一下。愛咖啡的我雖然唔欣賞,但系當作普通餐茶,都還可以。
