To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我很喜歡食迴轉壽司🍣，食極都不覺得厭☺️，而家未有得去日本，都係向香港食住先。今次食了珍寶帆立貝、炙牛油赤海蝦、油甘魚腩、日本鯛魚、燒珍寶蟹柳、炙燒黑椒蠔、腐皮壽司、脆蒜辛辣墨魚、海膽墨魚軍艦、北寄貝沙律軍艦，還有甜品千層蛋糕。每一款壽司都幾好😋，特別喜歡就是珍寶帆立貝非常大件，厚身肉質鮮甜，非常新鮮。油甘魚腩的肉質非常肥美，一啖入口有幸福的感覺。食完壽司再嘆返件千層蛋糕🍰，就很滿足了🥰。元気寿司地址: 太子彌敦道750號始創中心3樓334號舖
