To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新同樂系降級米其林2星。因為鐘意食魚翅,所以特登過嚟感受一下。食完之後覺得佢從3星降到2星嘅key就係服務嘅細緻度,希望可以改進下啦~~~燒汁乾煏牛肋骨,牛肋骨好酥,非常入味!!而且肥肉食咗之後都唔會覺得好肥膩,嚟呢度必點吖~~燒乳豬配蝦肉,乳豬皮烤得好脆,蝦肉感覺有啲厚,蓋過咗乳豬皮嘅脆~~...魚翅系招牌,呢度嘅魚翅系類似雞煲翅嘅整法,講求原汁原味。唔加紅醋同鮑魚汁,如果覺得太過清淡,另外配原汁。
