To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久也沒來觀塘吃飯，當然要試這區的特色餐廳。選了這間鍋氣小炒，餐廳裝修不算新淨，但勝在寬敞，坐得舒服，適合朋友聚會。地理位置10分方便地鐵站一出行5分鐘就到，而且入去差啲之前都要做出防疫措施，用搓手液洗手同埋安心出行之後開始點餐：鹵水拼盆和朋友叫了一知鹵水小拼盆，叫了就後悔，不是因為不好吃，而是份量很多，足足夠3-4人食用。鹵水香，而且它的食材新鮮，配上啤酒或白飯真是一流。炸乳鴿它的乳鴿也是大大隻的，表皮炸得很香很脆，內里鴿肉很入味，大大隻的，非常多肉。而且我見差唔多每一台都有嗌所以自己都想試一下。薑汁炒時蔬薑汁炒得很香，而且非常有鍋氣，不是一般餐廳能炒到有的。而且出嚟嘅顏色都好鮮綠色係我鍾意食嘅味道。甜品最後老闆還送了兩舊紅豆糕給我們，真是非常欣切，難怪那麼多熟客
