To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在元朗搵食group介紹下去屏山食肉餅飯，初時好驚係荃灣肉餅哥咁，半信半疑咁行去食。地點偏僻下，不過原來輕鐵附近就到，下次會識行。我地叫蟲草花肉餅飯和芒果肉餅飯。肉餅一樣，不過一個加了蟲草花、一個加芒果，肉餅底面都煎得岩岩好，不濃，而且脆卜卜。芒果肉餅飯的芒果不算太多，沒太多芒果味，因為給肉味蓋過了。肉餅多汁，吃落不會太乾，送飯一流。飯有點硬，要加很多豉油。如果多啲水會更加好。最緊要，味精不算多，至少吃完可不用飲水。
