之前同朋友其實都食過呢間位於中環SOHO區既fusion餐廳,最近見用eatigo book台有8折,於是再次黎食,一如既往好味🙋🏻‍♀️半年後再黎發覺menu唔同左,原來老闆耐唔耐就會轉下菜式。首先呢個沙薑風味炸雞翼係必食(要比5個👍🏻),同出面西餐廳食既炸雞翼好唔同,佢加左沙薑味令成個層次感提高,而且雞翼係啖啖肉,送酒一流。黎到主菜法國走地豬五花肉半肥瘦黑叉燒🐷,開頭見個名心諗咪又係叉燒唔洗改到個名咁fancy掛,點知一放入癲覆左我對叉燒既概念,原來可以咁好味咁腍咁好味。由於舊肉既肥既部分都幾多,再食埋旁邊既薄荷西瓜🍉可以解油。平時食胡椒豬肚食得多,但呢個白胡椒白味噌鮮枝竹煮紐西蘭鑽石蜆配搭真係未食過,啲蜆好大隻冇沙,連湯都飲曬😻到最後呢個日本雞頸肉腐乳烤鴨肝配溫泉蛋飯,賣相的確麻麻,但將所有野撈埋一齊食後,個感覺好有趣,好似將日式中式西式既野同時放入口,係好好味👍🏻
