To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然好想食日式燒肉,就試吓打電話book牛角。點知打去時候,原來夜晚booking已經full晒,得walk-in,個staff提我地喺佢地個app到攞定飛先,去到就唔洗等位。一入到去就覺得個環境好好,好乾淨,無咩油煙味,通風做得好好,坐得又舒服。食物選擇都多嘅,樣樣都想試。set dinner有三款,我地兩個人叫咗要二百幾同三百幾個嗰餐,有雞有豬有牛有海鮮,再跟沙律,飯,前菜小食同飲品。上菜好快,一落單好快就上咗沙律,小菜同飯。柚子沙律好fresh!其實我好中意個白飯,粒粒分明,配燒肉真係好鬼正。佢仲有個牛角飯,姐係紫菜撈飯,都好食。不過啲小菜就麻麻地。所有肉類都好新鮮。我覺得啲和牛嘅油脂分佈得好靚,食落唔會太肥膩。其實我最期待佢個牛舌,係厚切㗎,好juicy,好柔軟,同平時薄切嗰啲好唔同。佢啲豬肉都好好食,係燒完唔會鞋烚烚個種。而雞肉就係雞肉,都無咩特別。最後仲有杯雪糕,我哋揀咗雲呢拿味。食完燒肉,再食杯雪糕refresh下,好滿足嘅!雪糕上面有焦糖醬同埋勁多黃豆粉,都有心機。最要讚嘅就係,燒完肉,啲衫褲無咩燒烤味👍🏻 好犀利!

最後仲有杯雪糕,我哋揀咗雲呢拿味。食完燒肉,再食杯雪糕refresh下,好滿足嘅!雪糕上面有焦糖醬同埋勁多黃豆粉,都有心機。

最要讚嘅就係,燒完肉,啲衫褲無咩燒烤味👍🏻 好犀利!
