Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食酸辣粉係係大陸,又酸又辣又多種香料的複雜口感,真係成日心思思想再去食但自人民幣升值至100對80幾之後又出現多種國內食材問題,真係唔敢/想再上去食香港都有好多地方有酸辣粉食,但沒有一間有大陸的口味,即使有好味的,也要企在街邊食香港地方咁迫,點食呀!有日經過傷心酸辣粉,點了SET,有一碟口水雞,酸辣粉和一杯飲料口水雞,味道好,可是雞的份量太少,骨多肉少,他們用的雞不是我們經常食到的多肉,可能係走地雞但實在沒有肉,我情願食肉多的冰鮮雞啦!至於主角酸辣粉,味道很好,夠味!也很足料!份量偏少,下次去還是要加底好!但食物好,坐得oK舒服!貴少少都值!凍飲加3蚊,唔會唔飲,因為食辣野必會點!雖然面店來說有點貴,但食到國內的口味,還是值得

香港都有好多地方有酸辣粉食,但沒有一間有大陸的口味,即使有好味的,也要企在街邊食

有日經過傷心酸辣粉,點了SET,有一碟口水雞,酸辣粉和一杯飲料
口水雞,味道好,可是雞的份量太少,骨多肉少,他們用的雞不是我們經常食到的多肉,可能係走地雞
但實在沒有肉,我情願食肉多的冰鮮雞啦!
至於主角酸辣粉,味道很好,夠味!也很足料!份量偏少,下次去還是要加底好!但食物好,坐得oK舒服!貴少少都值!凍飲加3蚊,唔會唔飲,因為食辣野必會點!雖然面店來說有點貴,但食到國內的口味,還是值得
