聽聞老坑火鍋食物質素高,雖然喺紅磡隔涉位置,都專誠約埋班老友嚟開餐。舖面唔算大,每枱都坐滿客,好地踎嘅裝修同迫夾嘅環境,夠哂地道風味一睇餐牌就知佢選擇多,有好多刁鑽嘢係其他火鍋店冇嘅呢度都有得食,生腸粉腸雞腸鵝腸、油炸鬼、田雞、牛脆骨、豬下青、豬腳筋、黃鱔、魚唇、魚咀、魚卜、喉叮、新鮮八爪魚、即劏田雞都有得你食,仲要價錢合理,問你死未!湯底叫咗個蕃茄蟹湯$350,有一隻新鮮大肉蟹,肉質鮮甜無比,但係個湯冇蟹味⋯蕃茄味都算濃郁,欣賞佢加湯嘅時候真係加蕃茄湯唔係清湯,唔會搞到個湯底淡哂。其實普通湯底只係$60,下次會選擇叫返普通湯底。炸魚皮$45超脆好味!迅速秒殺咗成碟。油炸鬼得返最後一條,阿姐問我地要唔要,梗係幾大都話要啦,可惜擺耐左味道一般。響鈴$40非常麻麻,每件大小不一,連個腐皮樣都有出入,唔係即炸,仲要有啲個心係硬嘅,可能係溝咗唔同牌子嘅現成貨。隆重推介手切本地肥牛$320,有咁嘅價位,真係俾到呢個級數嘅牛肉你,牛肉味濃仲要肉質係鬆軟嘅,好正!算係近年食過最好嘅手切牛!椰菜餃$65一打,好大粒,漲卜卜,爆多椰菜,唔錯鵝腸$90,係勁肥嘅鵝腸!大大條,唔會話驚烚完縮到唔見咗,肥美到
