一向都好鍾意食米線,見到呢間原作米線話湯底係用原材料熬製8小時即刻想試,餐廳設計好modern,有好多食物款式,我地想試晒兩個主打湯底分別叫咗:蟲草花膠雞湯米線( $68)呢碗米線一上枱已經感受到餐廳嘅用心,花膠同雞嘅份量好足,養生湯濃而不膩,飲得出係真材實料,花膠炆得好淋,雞肉亦都好嫰滑再加埋蟲草花,食完即刻覺得補充左元氣😌呢碗米線絕對對得住呢個價格~原隻紅蝦龍皇湯泡飯($98 )呢個招牌龍皇湯底以鮮蝦,蝦子,花蛤,龍蝦熬製8小時而成,湯頭非常鮮甜開胃,啱晒炎炎夏日呢啲日子食,店員話係用咗阿根廷紅蝦,隻蝦真係好大隻好彈牙,泡飯撈左脆米有雙重口感,好鍾意呢個配搭!桂花蜜糖雞翼($25)- 炸到脆卜卜嘅雞翼再帶一點桂花嘅香味,又一個有創意又好味嘅配搭~洛神花茶($18)檸檬金桔( $18)- 兩杯飲品都好清新又唔會過甜,飲完好醒神!涼拌貢菜($25 )- 少見嘅前菜,食落非常爽口清新,可以中和一下味蕾~整體嚟講非常滿意,仲見到其他小食如:口水雞,黃金炸魚皮,麻辣鴨血都非常吸引,絕對有下次!
