To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排天氣突然轉涼，本來想去搵羊腩煲食。行行吓見到呢間蘇媽蘇媽就二話不說，立即轉呢間食肉骨茶補一補！一行到入去見到舊式南洋風格嘅特色裝潢係有啲驚喜，而且地方相當寬敞，坐都坐得舒服啲。坐低點完餐之後，侍應先一人一碗肉骨茶比你解一解渴、抖一抖先嘢食方面都當然唔錯：棒棒骨肉骨茶 - 同香港其他賣肉骨茶嘅餐廳有啲唔同，你可以選擇唔同嘅肉配肉骨茶。本來想叫大雜錦，可惜朋友有啲肉唔想食所以揀左捧捧骨。肉質唔會「鞋，但係肉骨茶如果可以再熱啲咁上就好了馬來鴛鴦燒麵包 - 簡單啲講kaya toast 個包再加啲奶茶咖啡味，但係個味又唔會太濃，Kaya toast嘅椰香味仍然係度！仁噹牛肉撈麵 - 微辣、有椰香。本身牛肉都會有啲辣，唔食得太辣嘅朋友應該都食得嘅馬來黑叉燒 - 半肥瘦啱啱好
