To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餃子店不簡單～除咗有餃子之外 竟然仲有甜品食？！😍位於深水埗嘅明發茶室 係四十年老字號 堪稱基隆街開荒牛而且唔止精於餃子 老闆娘仲好擅長整巴斯克芝士蛋糕於是就決定公諸同好 喺鋪頭長期供應 「歎杯咖啡 食件cake」不只是cafe嘅專利 喺呢度都一樣得😍我哋嗌咗淨蝦子雲吞（$36）、淨湯鴛鴦餃（$40/10隻）、香煎鴛鴦餃（$25/4隻）、自家製豆腐花（$11）鴛鴦餃分別係椰菜同韭菜餃 餃子皮薄餡靚 食到每款餃都有5種材料——椰菜/韭菜、冬菇、馬蹄、豬肉同菜鋪 口感同味道都好豐富煎餃亦皮脆而不過份油膩 我哋怕熱氣就只嗌4隻試下順帶一提 呢度啲菜脯真係幾辣架🔥🔥鍾意食辣嘅朋友唔好錯過🤣至於蝦子雲吞 雖然平時食開嘅雲吞都會食到粒粒鮮蝦 但呢款就冇 取而代之就有好多蝦籽 食落都好惹味 幾特別😍豆腐花加咗少少薑汁 而且質感Q彈不散 好食😋最後當然唔少得巴斯克芝士蛋糕啦（$25/件）正好媽咪鍾意飲咖啡（跟餐+$6） 仲唔係平民價錢 cafe享受？蛋糕芝士味香濃 尖端質感creamy 末端厚實 幾高質👍🏻
