突然心血來潮想鋸扒,第一時間諗起outback, 呢度亦都算係一個“是但”之選,每次諗唔到去邊度食,呢度都係首選。既然係即興,所以等位在所難免。差唔多每次黎食都係習慣幾個菜色選擇,牛扒+沙律+炸洋蔥+啤酒,而今次都唔例外。正因為次次都係食差唔多既食物,所以我都算見證outback食物質素既up & down. 今次質素係有70分~1. 塊扒叫4成熟,上碟應該有起瑪7成. 而且肉質比較實,唔夠juicy2. 沙律水準保持3. 炸洋蔥水準保持4. 服務反而係今次死証,好似大部份樓面都係part-time, 完全遊緊雲咁。
