呢間好好茶餐廳已經食左好多年,果時係同事介紹,所以識途變成老馬。話說食煲仔飯個個都淨係記得Four Season, 唔係四季酒店,係四季煲仔飯。最多加埋隔離興利。以上兩間自從多左遊客去排隊食,個煲仔飯d料係少到半兜飯面都係飯,但價錢就翻左一倍,所以我轉左場黎呢度。介紹返,呢度嘅煲仔飯真係鋪滿料係飯面大大煲,絕不欺場,自此真係無再去過廟街食。排骨臘腸煲仔飯 $65 (飲品+$10)排骨滑溜彈牙,多肉,大大粒,係咪無昆你先?佢最好係個飯底煲到岩岩好,唔會太厚飯焦,剛剛好薄薄脆,因為我估佢唔係由生米煲成熟飯,所以佢只係燒一燒就上所以佢可以做到個飯底剛剛脆,由生米熟成熟飯嘅好容易痴底同煲燶,所以呢個有好有唔好,鐘意生煲成熟貪佢夠入味嘅可能未必鍾意。佢另外仲有個海南雞飯,同行友人叫的,因為太差,所以無影相,佢個辣酸汁好似茄汁加醋好怪雞,果個汁完全係0分😹所以你如果黎呢度,唔好因為快餐平所以心動叫左d濕雞野,真係一定要食煲仔飯😎

佢最好係個飯底煲到岩岩好,唔會太厚飯焦,剛剛好薄薄脆,因為我估佢唔係由生米煲成熟飯,所以佢只係燒一燒就上所以佢可以做到個飯底剛剛脆,由生米熟成熟飯嘅好容易痴底同煲燶,所以呢個有好有唔好,鐘意生煲成熟貪佢夠入味嘅可能未必鍾意。
