To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過2次晚飯一次lunch time..~ 感覺幾正宗..連waitress同 d 師父都係講日文0既..(師父應該係日本人) 所以剩係感覺己好好啦..2個女waitress 仲對笑客人好有禮貌同笑笑口..!!~開放0既廚房可以比食客睇到入面hygine 偷看左幾次..真係幾乾淨.! 到味道喇.. 面彈牙..不過湯抵如過有幾隻choice就更好..雖然清湯己不錯.! 價錢比起同一條街0既另一間老字號黎講雖然貴少少..但物有所值! 晚飯一人餐$82 但包一個小飯或小食+拉面刀好抵同飽..旦仲任吃..
