嚟到長洲，一定要嚟試下，大大粒蛋兩粒，加埋佢地特制嘅漿汁簡直冇得頂，唔同味嘅汁都係一個辣嘅等級程，幾有特色。本身唔食辣，所以叫咗燒汁試吓。魚蛋彈牙爽口，魚蛋本身冇乜味，燒汁夠味夠香，加埋一齊絕配，食完一串又一串，食極唔厭。
