To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食得出有試意

每年都會去工展會，今年都唔例外😌 以前只會向CWB方向覓食，今年試下向天后方向，比較多平民小店。最終嚟到街市附近一間唔起眼嘅漢堡店，當日星期日12點9嚟到，我成為左第一位客人🙊笨蛋漢堡 $58 + 套餐+$18 有薯條、餐湯餐湯係較稀嘅忌廉湯，內有洋蔥同磨菇，飲湯似自己煲，唔會好味精、好鹹。睇得出小店有誠意，粗薯條新鮮炸出嚟，均勻咁撈上Paprika粉調味，唔點個酸酸地嘅千島醬食已經好好味。漢堡幾大個，麵包烘到脆口，食落甜甜地；漢堡扒雖然稱唔上juicy，但大大塊、又厚身、淡淡嘅牛同黑椒味，夾埋生菜、蕃茄、酸甜醬汁，成個包入口唔會乾爭爭。配料仲有我最唔中意嘅生紫洋蔥，平時我會挑走先食，但呢度將紫洋蔥切成細絲，份量又放得啱啱好，唔辣之餘又有調味作用😏。其實整體味道都唔錯，不過小店嘅地理位置真係麻麻，加上對面有間人流幾多嘅CAFÉ，客人好易被帶走。
