To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食得出的寂寞

譚仔近年真係係香港有好高人氣，基本上可以成為香港人既集體回憶，譚仔既高人係來自口音姐姐？定係吃得出的寂寞呢？「炸醬腩肉酸辣，凍華田！」我完全不假思索就落得單，因為多人一齊食所以叫多左兩道小菜，一道係皮蛋，另一道係麻辣豬耳。先講下我既炸醬腩肉酸辣，譚仔既炸醬有別於其他餐廳既炸醬，味道係甜甜地，配上腩肉真係一流，而湯底酸辣都唔睇得少，辣既程度同三小辣好似無咩分別，可能果日廚房重手左，加埋湯既熱其實都真係幾辣下，所以都比較建議加凍飲。而小食方面皮蛋開胃也不在話下，麻辣豬耳口感彈牙，值得一試。但要留意食辣野容易出汗，一唔小心又容易整到辣汁係身，而係譚仔要紙巾係要比錢的，所以記得帶定啦！
