男朋友生日加上除夕,想帶佢食得好一點。點知,不是好一點,係好很多。第一次到訪此餐廳,從餐廳外面及內部裝修感受到好濃厚嘅日本氣息。一坐低店員就比餐牌我哋,餐牌基本上係只有一個餐,可以揀牛肉或者豬肉既Sukiyaki或者shabushabu。由於我哋兩個都係Sukiyaki嘅超級愛好者,所以就跟着師傅嘅建議叫咗個牛,係近江牛黎既。師傅知道我哋第一次黎,都好用心介紹究竟第一次食啲咩好。連前菜師傅都同我地逐一講解係乜野,同埋食既先後次序。跟住師傅開始煮牛肉及蔬菜仲跟個細飯俾我哋送牛肉。食Sukiyaki 必有既生雞蛋我好怕食生嘅有浸腥味,但係呢度嘅雞蛋完全冇腥味而且好滑。跟住有個麵豉湯我稍為啲唔喜歡,因為佢有好重薑味,我飲唔到。但係最後嘅甜品係士多啤梨牛奶布甸同蕨餅都十分之滿意,士多啤梨好香甜牛奶布甸好滑,兩者加埋一齊食好滿足。埋單都係七百幾蚊一個人,價錢來講相當相宜,我哋兩個都飽住走。總結而言,師傅嘅用心同埋態度煮嘢食嘅認真同執着,其實令到成個用餐體驗都加咗好多分所以呢個價錢食到正宗好味又服務態度好嘅餐廳真係好值得介紹俾大家。
