估唔到成9點幾都仲咁多人食拉麵唯有睇下餐牌先,望落都非常吸引終於入得啦,牆上有好多壁畫,仲大大隻字寫住風雲丸添點餐紙就一眼睇哂餐廳有咩食啦呢度既麵係自家製架,個湯底都唔惹少雞球有六大舊餃子有五隻,餃皮煎得脆身,非常香口沾麵既湯會以日本特製石鍋盛載,上枱既時候會係炸炸聲架,仲見到碗湯係咁滾緊,而主打的豚骨魚介湯底,以2公斤的雞、豬骨熬足大概8至10個鐘,仲加入左好濃厚既醬油、魚介醬、魚介粉、蒜蓉及一味粉。而當中的魚介粉,仲係用左沙甸魚乾,係店入面風乾左約至少4日到,之後再磨成粉末製成,可見餐廳係幾咁用心製作。風雲丸而製作麵條方面都係一絲不苟,麵條會調校至12號,用左較粗身既麵條,咁就可以令掛湯既效果更好拉麵終於到了,呢個「辛辣豚骨魚介湯」係混合左辣椒粉同埋山椒的豬肉所製成的,而成碗麵都係紅色架,辣既程度真係有返咁上下,入面仲有一大塊豚肉、蔥、筍,食落都幾刺激食唔到辣既話,叫呢款亦得!桃味甚濃呢個夏天食岩哂,夠哂冰涼,又有好濃既柚子味
