🍅蕃茄沙律 - 蔬菜碧綠新鮮,有我最鍾意嘅火箭菜喺入邊,醬汁酸甜開胃。


🥚茶碗蒸 - 上面有一層南瓜蓉🎃令蒸蛋更添顏色及甜味,令平時唔多食茶碗蒸嘅我都成碗食晒😋


🍣刺身4款 - 用四方形玻璃碟呈上,賣相精緻,有赤貝、甜蝦、白身魚及赤身吞拿魚。師傅特別提醒我哋順序嚟食。


1️⃣赤貝爽甜,加上少許檸檬汁,味道清新。

2️⃣甜蝦配蝦頭膏,蝦味非常濃郁!蝦頭膏師傅有隔水加熱,令香味完全釋放。

3️⃣白身魚混入黑松露醬,味道好創新,估唔到都幾夾!

4️⃣赤身吞拿魚用醬油稍稍醃過,魚肉質感較腍,魚味香濃。


🍣手握壽司6件 - 每件師傅手握完會放喺客人面前。食材味道由淡至濃。其實壽司飯已經調味,再加上師傅掃上嘅醬油,我基本上完全唔使再沾豉油就已經好夠味。


1️⃣ 白身魚油脂唔會太豐厚,肉質清爽幼嫩。

2️⃣ 蟹肉擁有軟彈質感,咀嚼時可以感受到蟹肉嘅鮮甜。

3️⃣ 梭子魚輕輕炙燒過魚皮,令油香突出,甘香得很。

4️⃣中吞拿魚腩無筋,入口即融而魚味濃厚。

5️⃣沙甸魚我本身有D抗拒,因為怕會好腥。不過師傅加咗蔥蓉同埋薑蓉,魚味濃而不腥。

6️⃣海膽口感細膩綿軟,非常鮮甜!紫菜香脆,好滿足呀!


🍳玉子燒 - 師傅話好多餐廳會用魚或者蝦打成蓉,之後再混合雞蛋去焗,但係佢哋用上帶子,因為怕客人對蝦過敏。玉子燒非常鬆軟,充滿蛋香濃,好似食緊一件蛋糕一樣💕


🍲 野菜烏冬 - 烏冬滑溜煙靭,湯底鮮甜而且又夠熱。


🍨雪糕 - 最後嘅甜品可以選擇芝麻、豆腐、綠茶或者柚子雪芭。


店員服務態度細心有禮,食物質素高,加上而家仲要有優惠,今次埋單每人都只係$588!我下次要試吓佢哋嘅鐵板燒先得!🥰
