To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

等人收工去食飯😆😆😆所以間中都會係呢到食下壽司🍣，每次都食得超級満足，次次都食到高高的碟，價錢唔算貴，座位亦舒適，我最鍾意食螺刺身壽司，所以就連續食左幾碟😂😂。但就不是每次都食到，可能係有季節因素，其他刺身又爽甜，不過師傅做的壽司飯就差左D，唔夠黏，一夾就散曬😰燒靖魚又是我喜愛吃的，燒得夠熱又夠香，好味道。呢個係季節性限量的，咬落卜卜脆，味道也不錯，呢個食落好有口感，係甘食下食下唔多覺又...................😅😅😅😅😅😅又係食到飽飽的............😋😅
