To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

17:35去門口望見唔洗等位，諗住出去兜個圈先排，到17:55左右上the gulu一望已經要等廿張枱😟😟最後18:24就有位，想食嘅人可以參考吓個等候時間入座時候聽到店員講:「收現金、電子支付，用餐時間一個鐘」，落完單發現無得俾現金，問返店員先知係「唔收現金」🌚🌚叫咗個150g嘅LIKE套餐，有4片牛舌、3片牛五花同2片橫隔膜肉，送白飯、好油嘅海帶湯同沙律/泡菜枱上仲有6款醬同鹽、黑椒可以自己揀想要嘅汁如果一個人入座就會有一個爐，但2人入座都係一個爐，而個爐有一半係唔熱嘅🌚如果點300g豬肉雞肉個餐同100g牛個餐，需要時間差好遠🌚食得好有壓力點餐時發現有個s’more棉花糖朱古力餅係無得單點，要叫餐先有得加，無得加單嘅時候嗌$12有2件可以自己燒完個棉花糖再夾入塊餅，為呢餐畫上句號🤤
