Environment: The waiting room is very small and congested. Let's imagine. You are already very tired and hungry but you still have to wait at that small and congested room for a vacant table. "long-life" bun is acceptable. but it's obvious that it is from Park'N shop and re-heated.
Service: Totally unacceptable. We have reserved a table more than one week ago. We were then told that there would be a vacant table at 8:30p.m. When we arrived at 8:20p.m., we were informed that the restaurant was very busy and we needed to wait for a while. time passed but we were not given a table. All of us became very impatient and started to "exert pressure" to the manager. We were given a table until we lost temper. That "a while" was an hour!!! Later, we found out that you had to be "hostile" to the manager in order to secure a table. Damn!!
Price: All 鹵味is 30% off while the other dishes are half price after 9 p.m. Although it doesn't cost much per head, i believe no one won't spend a penny for crap!!
Cleanliness: It's okay. Not much comment on this aspect.
