To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好少去灣仔，今日順路就順便揾食。去到剛過6點，入面有人但不用等位。小店選擇唔多，我簡單點左咖喱豬肉+濃茄牛肉招牌蛋包飯。可能因為唔多人，好快就上菜。然後就係大驚喜。個蛋好滑，煮得啱啱好。日式咖喱底，唔使驚太辣，而且好香，好開胃。而個濃茄牛肉真係好濃，好似飲緊牛尾湯咁。兩個汁都好好味，而且夠份量，反而覺得唔夠白飯。結果好味到極速食完。食完先見到佢有張証書（入門口左邊幅牆），日本發出嘅，大概意思係餐廳用日本產嘅食材，見到真係好安心。
