To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行到尖沙咀海港城、同朋友諗住揾個地方醫肚。走埋去食咗間「千兩」，一入去就俾份極上拼盤搶晒眼。食晒11件海鮮，個個都叫得出味👅！牡丹蝦彈牙得嚟甜美，帶子肉多得滯，啖啖肉感真係好正！海膽滑溜溜、淡淡鮮甜，啱哂鍾意細膩味道嘅我。至於三文魚子、爆汁嘅快感真係太上心頭啦！冇得輸嘅係玉子同三文魚，一個甜咗星星點點🌟，一個魚味新鮮得黎肥美。大吞拿魚腩同中吞拿魚腩比賽，肥美滑口！食完之後，油甘魚感覺就普通咗少少，不過都算順滑。雖然唔係專業評論家，但都要讚一句，食完呢啲令人心情好轉咁多嘅美食，真係滿足到喊！尤其係喺繁忙嘅街頭，搵到咁嘅好地方，實在太掂👍！大家有空過嚟尖沙咀，記得嚟呢度試下，真係冇得彈！🍣👌🥢
