講到尖沙咀食印度菜,第一時間肯定會諗起重慶大廈!但如果想食印度菜食得招積,坐得舒適,我哋就推介Masala Hut & Cafe喇!Masala Hut & Cafe位於金馬倫道,餐廳面積大,所以坐位闊落,坐得非常舒服!Masala Hut & Cafe嘅午餐係自助形式,而晚餐則為À la carte模式,食物選擇多,味道高質架!Salmon Tikka如果你覺得印度菜就係咖哩、咖哩同咖哩,咁你就大錯特錯喇!呢款Salmon Tikka就唔係咖哩喇!三文魚先用黑椒同多種印度香料醃過再燒,所以味道有層次之餘,仲帶有微微焦香!而且三文魚無骨,加上厚切,所以食嘅時候啖啖肉,非常滿足。Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala唔慣太重口味嘅朋友,就可以叫呢個Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala!Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala其實係奶油雞,醬汁香濃又滑,重點係一啲都唔辣,啱晒唔食得辣嘅朋友仔!食落仲有淡淡嘅牛油味,整體味道好細緻,而醬汁令雞肉更嫩滑。Mixed Vegetable Curry印度有鍾意咖哩,就連菜都係咖哩選擇!呢款Mixed Vegeta

唔慣太重口味嘅朋友,就可以叫呢個Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala!Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala其實係奶油雞,醬汁香濃又滑,重點係一啲都唔辣,啱晒唔食得辣嘅朋友仔!食落仲有淡淡嘅牛油味,整體味道好細緻,而醬汁令雞肉更嫩滑。

食咖哩又點少得配番件烤餅呢?我哋就叫咗牛油烤餅同蒜蓉烤餅,加埋奶油雞同咖哩雜菜一齊食就更惹味啦!
Fruit Punch and Strawberry Milkshake
最後叫咗杯Fruit Punch同Strawberry Milkshake,不過,Fruit Punch唔知用咗咩水果定加入咗啲印度調味,確實唔係太啱我哋口味。不過,Strawberry Milkshake真係超級好味,士多啤梨味濃,奶昔細滑,唔錯!
