To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢排成日放題又炸物又盛,好彩老朋友唔介意今晚食返餐清少少。小籠包生煎包呢啲實食㗎啦,所以唔多講,最想介紹呢客「不是炒飯」,我哋響餐牌見到時已經心諗咩事😂嚟到枱面大家掛住傾計仲未知咩事,望一望,咦真係唔係炒飯嚟,原來係一粒粒飯咁大粒嘅椰菜花碎,不失炒香,重點係咬落口感一流,比食炒飯爽口得多。之後就第一次食水煮牛,我就覺得幾香幾口味,不過對面食開嘅朋友就話唔夠出面平時嘅水煮餸咁辣,咁啫係我又要去第度先可以真係試真啲了。
