如果唔係元朗友介紹,我同愛人就算經過都唔會為意有間日本料理,門面低調,主要做熟客生意,一個👤介紹一個👥,回頭比率高,親身經歷後,少左份令我透不過氣嘅高格調,多左份人情味,坐得自在,食得舒服。前菜兩款,三文魚白瓜醋物及醬油煮BB响螺蛋卷,蛋黃同蛋白無完全打混,做出雲石效果,口感比打混嘅蛋卷更有質感日本藉師父基本上每上一道菜色都會用廣東話講一講係乜,但在下實在太井底,睇又睇唔明,聽又聽唔清,所以唯有默默食,大概知係乜就大膽介紹下,請勿見笑😜帆立貝,灑上鹽及芥末粉,中間加入少少柚子,令以往食開嘅帆立貝不再一樣吞拿魚外熟內鮮,加上生蔥芝麻,微微辛香赤貝,開花如煲呔,中間放點點梅子醬,齋睇已經好有睇頭三文魚籽,一口放入,冰凍魚籽汁液响口腔入邊好似煙火般一剎那爆出,諗返起口水都流🤤吞拿魚腩壽司,夠香滑海膽壽司,瓣瓣如手指公咁大,味道鮮甜用新鮮魚皮熬製嘅湯,膠質非常豐富日本淡路島無花果,果糖高,比其他國家嘅無花果都甜,底部片葉好靚,問老闆係乜葉,原來係日本櫻花葉,醃製過,大膽嘗試用櫻花葉包裹一口無花果食,無諗過可以咁合配👍🏼
