在家對面有一間專門經營日本丼飯的料理店,經常都見到有人在排隊,心中早已暗暗擬定多時,希望能跟喜歡嚐鮮的家人去試下,前陣子大家終可夾齊時間一起造訪一下。店內地方不算大,一貫新派日式食店風格,灰白對比的牆身傢俬,感覺氣派時尚,座位算是寬闊,坐得舒適,倘大的壽司及水吧開放式櫃檯,讓客人盡覽師傅的功架。筆者一坐低已被門前的薔薇海鮮二段丼海報所吸引,早已立定心腸要試一下這美極了的海鮮丼,而家人分別點了極丼和溫泉丼,當然還有其他沙律和小食。薔薇二段丼,此丼分為兩層,上層放了由藍鰭吞拿魚與間八捲成的玫瑰花綻放造型,吸睛度極高,一來到已謀殺了不少菲林,藍鰭吞拿魚赤身魚味濃郁,口感軟嫩甜美;經火炙過的間八鮮美大片,帶點魚脂香,肥美嫩滑, 配上鹹香的三文魚子、甜甜的蛋絲和蔥花,多重味覺享受。底層的日本飯上面放了濃香的蟹膏,鮮甜的蟹肉和香甜Q彈的海膽魷魚,中間還有醋漬八爪魚片, 酸香彈牙。黏軟飽滿的飯粒,配上各種食材,每一啖都鮮度爆燈,各自各精彩,鹹香與鮮甜游走於味蕾之間,口感豐富醉人,讓人一粒飯也不願浪費,鮮香味美。極丼,充滿海洋氣息的一款丼飯,新鮮厚切的刺身完全遮蓋了飯粒,油脂滿滿入口即化的粉色大拖羅、
