如不強求綠色蔬菜,「豉油皇鵝腸」$108底部墊的大豆芽那種擔草入城門之勢也足夠一餐纖維需要。只是下面纖瘦,亦需接受上層肥腬,鵝腸全是楊貴妃之同好,無一條是袪肥膏的,雖則腸肥,但調味沒重口味。

幾款魚麵,即是將長方體未切片的魚片切成粗麵條狀,味道質感與魚片無異,篤定「鮑角牛仔粒炆魚麵」$128,每條粗幼勻稱沒中斷,初時以為鮑角是罐頭鮑,吃起來隱約有鮑汁味,但咬感似海綿,明顯比平常的鮑魚腍身,估計是素鮑魚。牛仔粒是一口牛的大小,但沒一口牛時有的脂肪。
