To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日起身又唔想自己整早餐,就落樓睇吓有乜食喇... 諗來諗去,都係去返大快活。由於本身好鍾意食煎炸野,所以諗來諗去都係叫左個炸魚柳做早餐... 老實講,炸魚柳一定唔會喺屋企自己整,所以呢啲點都係出街食又方便又好味... 哈哈哈~講返個早餐先,係炸魚柳配炒蛋、厚多士;餐飲係凍檬茶。魚柳其實快餐店來講,佢算做得唔錯!夠曬脆,同埋啲肉都幾滑,魚柳上面重要有片檸檬點綴下添。重有就係佢個沙津醬其實都幾好食架。至於炒蛋,佢應該係用牛油炒嘅,有牛油味。但我就覺得如果成隻食曬都會幾溜下... 所以無食曬佢。多士都係好正路,好難做到唔好食... 哈哈~ 至於凍檸茶,我就覺得甜左少少... 下次真係要叫佢少甜先得!
