設計簡約,有一個小酒吧和半開放式的廚房,大大的玻璃窗投射着附近熱鬧的街景。四個course嘅set dinner有湯、前菜、主菜及甜品,只係$168一位,未免太吸引喇呱!Cauliflower Soup我哋都聽到係椰菜花湯,但點解飲落似係青豆湯多啲㗎呢?不過幾清新好飲麵包加咗啲蕃茄肉及香草,有人係咁點橄欖油及醋係咁食係咁食,差啲食埋我嗰啲。咁又真係幾好食嘅,不過你食咁多,食唔食得晒啲餸㗎?Asparagi Avvolto con Pancetta好似係好普通嘅煙肉蘆筍卷,但其實所使用嘅五花腩肉一啲、都唔簡單,用鹽及丁香、肉豆蔻等多種天然香草及香料調味後,再放風乾10至15天後,至到熟成要至少3個月。五花腩肉獨有嘅鹽及油分同爽脆清甜嘅蘆筍成對比,簡單但好味Cozze de Salsa Promodoro青口肉唔算大粒,但配合微辣番茄汁又幾開胃Frutti di Mare in un Sacchetto (+$45)鱸魚肉質結實,淨食味道會偏淡,但因為上面有啲番茄乾點綴一吓所以又唔會覺得太寡;上面有3隻連殼嘅蝦,不過肉質唔係特別嫩滑,魚會比較吸引啲Marinato Quarto di Co

平時食開硬到掟穿人個頭嘅cheesecake,但呢個真係要試一試。外層係酥皮,一切開啲芝士就會湧出嚟,食到咁上吓原來入面係有vanilla雪糕㗎,真係好特別!芝味非常濃郁,層次超好,勁好味!
