To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由山頂落山，途經香港大學校園，我成世人末讀過大學，不過沾一下校園風都好吖，於是乎走入去逛逛，大到我迷路了。行下行下見到一間cafe好似幾好喎，入內參觀，見牆上的價錢又幾平，Cappuccino 只係二十元，平時去連鎖店都要三十幾啦！諗都唔諗要了杯，size跟一般無異，不會因平而份量減少。味道ok喎，香濃醇厚，帶少許苦澀，飲後餘韻力有，真的不錯。有咖啡豈能夠沒有小吃，買了一個牛角麵包，要求烤熱，雖然不是好鬆軟但以十元不到價錢去邊度搵。論環境，服務，咖啡質素，非常滿意，可再回來幫襯。
