To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係同小胖女一家人出街食飯,今次去左黃大仙食齋,黎到睇落好似好簡陋,但睇落餐牌好多野叫,開場點會小得齋鹵味呢,酸齋,咖哩齋,齋燒鵝樣樣齊,之後叫左個錦鹵炸雲吞,放心,話就話叫炸雲吞,係無肉既,份量十足,超大碟,個皮炸到好鬆脆岩哂開胃,之後主食叫左豉汁素鰻魚煲,芋頭魚同羅漢齋炒麵,素鰻魚煲唔講得小,係用紫菜包住腐皮煎香左既小菜,食落真係好似食緊鰻魚咁,最過引一定係五柳素仙斑(芋頭魚),炸得岩岩好,雖然唔係真魚,但食落去又係另一種美味,最後大大碟羅漢齋炒麵收尾,想食得健康又想飽餐一頓,大家不訪可以黎一試
