To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個什扒餐+6蚊油菜 50蚊的個餐5分鐘出了 都正常呀,但油菜等了N咁耐,等得來我個什扒餐都涼曬,雞扒食果件鍾要紅到死,都可以萛,最火都係個菜,佢D菜似好急好急整咁,明明用左好多時間,整到好黑突,,出到黎個服務員落豉油多到唔洗錢咁樣,大半隻碟都係豉油,佢D碟有高度長方形,可想就知幾好味啦啦幾難忘 用豉油浸住D菜
