兩個成年人,叫了一隻蒜蓉碎蒸西澳龍蝦、一碟蝦球伊麵、一隻黑椒豬手。龍蝦新鮮 (選蒜蓉蒸的龍蝦通常都會較為新鮮,如果用上湯焗或薑蔥炒就不敢說),可惜調味太淡 (我本身已經吃得很淡)蝦球伊麵居然有成八隻巨型爽脆蝦球。黑椒豬手的黑椒很夠味,很大隻很多肉,皮很厚彈、滿滿的骨膠原。雖然我其實對豬手不太有興趣,但以豬手來說,這道菜算很不錯,至少不比西餐廳的豬手差。送紅豆沙,不錯環境: 這家酒樓比起區內的其他大眾化酒樓,座位較為寬敞、枱與枱之間沒有那麼迫、樓底也較高。埋單大約 $570

黑椒豬手的黑椒很夠味,很大隻很多肉,皮很厚彈、滿滿的骨膠原。雖然我其實對豬手不太有興趣,但以豬手來說,這道菜算很不錯,至少不比西餐廳的豬手差。
