唔食生蠔唔飲酒,嚟Sheraton酒店頂樓嘅oyster & wine bar,就係為咗食景。隨便作個理由話happy anniversary🤫🤫提早book咗張window side table。已經有一段時間冇嚟過,幾張window side table擺到排排坐,面向玻璃窗。有啲唔慣,感覺背後受敵。唔知侍應上菜左定右嚟,有時咁啱同朋友傾計,又遇上中間插入😅危險動作,嚇你一驚😂叫侍應又要下下扭腰,雖然佢哋好醒目,未轉身已經估到你所需(係咪受緊監視呀😅😂🤣)今晚主菜食鴨,同16 安士pork chop。上枱比你相機食先,之後收走切片,好貼心嘅服務。咁重份量咁厚嘅豬肉,烹飪掌握得好好,酒店餐廳師傅功力,總唔會令人失望。鴨有啲咸,好彩份量唔多。甜品疏乎厘做得一般($160喎)朱古力甜品就變相顯得出色(都係$160😬)其實頭盤boston lobster,得3粒,都要$350😅不過餐前每位tasting soup drink同pastry,有特色。餐後亦送朱古力粒粒甜品,又加番分啦🤗HSBC visa signature 仍有8折優惠,算係咁😉
