To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日選了去呢間來自北海道的過江龍———帯広はげ天 Obihiro Hageten食日本菜。午市定食「銀鱈魚西京燒定食」$165,包括有前菜、沙律、麵豉湯、漬物及甜品。每個套餐都跟有沙律🥗及日式前菜,我覺得唔太吸引。銀鱈魚嘅肉質白細柔嫩,口感光滑細膩,新鮮豐滿,味道的而且確係好,可惜份量太少。漬物係南瓜,味甜但略嫌硬身。白飯黏軟度一般。甜品紅豆大福外皮乾硬,紅豆甜度適中。餐廳算係高收費,食材新鮮,但製作欠缺創意及新鮮感,實在好難突圍而出留住客人。
