To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排疫情真係好嚴重, 大食妹唯有乖乖地留喺屋企嗌外賣啦今日好想食壽司, 大食妹就上網搵咗搵, 發現千両嘅都有啲熟嘅壽司, 於是就嗌咗份<炙燒壽司一人前>睇開大食妹食評嘅朋友都知道, 大食妹唔係好食生嘅嘢食今次就嗌咗炙燒壽司一人前炙燒壽司一人前總共有12舊壽司, 分別係炙燒中吞拿魚腩、炙燒油甘魚、炙燒牛油珍寶帶子、炙燒牛油珍寶赤海蝦、炙燒鰻魚、炙燒左口魚裙邊同加州小卷如果大家好似大食妹一樣唔食生野嘅, 可能會覺得炙燒中吞拿魚腩、炙燒油甘魚同炙燒左口魚裙邊有啲過生用料雖然新鮮, 但係唔夠肥美炙燒牛油珍寶帶子同炙燒牛油珍寶赤海蝦味道鮮甜, 質素唔錯炙燒鰻魚同加州小卷呢啲完全熟食類就不過不失
