今日,同朋友去赤柱搵番呢間餐廳食飯順便傾心事。餐廳見我地坐左就俾左個餐牌,算係幾細心。望下個餐牌,個餐牌係靚咗;由於我地兩個女仔唔想食紅肉;就叫左炸魚薯條和蒜香海鮮意粉;我就叫左煙三文魚沙律:嘢飲就叫左Champagne。餐廳的桌布用左牛仔布,好獨特。而且有西布牛仔風味。由落單到上香檳大約三分鐘,算係幾快嘅。香檳係house wine:香檳唔夠氣,唔算好噎!無咩酒味。沙律方面,我覺得三文魚變左切條,而且三文魚無咩脂肪:幸好個沙律用黑醋做,食落去酸酸地。之前做用片,見唔到紋理。三文魚睇唔到紋理,又食唔到鮮味。炸魚薯條,薯條係同原隻薯肉切條。食落去好有薯肉,略嫌凍左啲。魚柳食落好滑,食落去好淋。如果再熱番少少,就好啦。魚肉唔太乾身。值得再試蒜香海鮮意大利粉,蒜香味好重。但蝦肉無咩味。意粉唔算太淋,帶子略嫌太簿身左啲,但都算滑口。佢少量青椒、黃椒做點綴。

由落單到上香檳大約三分鐘,算係幾快嘅。

香檳係house wine:香檳唔夠氣,唔算好噎!無咩酒味。
