端午小長假前一晚,同屋企人黎到醉胡爐打邊爐。雖然今晚有好多食客,但係座位之間都非常闊落,坐得好舒服。一入到黎,就打開menu,都幾多野可以簡。樣樣都好想食,於是每個種類都簡左d。不得不提呢個勺,可以裝湯、又可以隔溫,超正超方便。好快就上左呢個 冬瓜花膠金翅鍋 湯底,一棒上黎我地就「哇哇」聲,因為睇到佢真係好足料。頭一輪既湯底,基本上我地都未開始落鍋料,就差d忍唔住將d湯飲晒,真係好鮮甜。之後我地就開始調我地既醬汁喇,有好多款可以任我地配搭呢。係等鍋料既期間,首先黎左幾樣我地叫左既小食。首先當然唔少得燒海鮮喇!呢個係蟶子皇同埋汁燒廣島蠔卷,燒得好香。仲有煙肉包住廣島蠔,超滿足。另外仲有呢個酥炸午餐肉,佢其實有 牛餐肉 同 酥炸午餐肉 可以簡,我地比較鐘意酥炸午餐肉,因為外脆內軟,作為開胃小食一流。打邊爐亦都唔少得呢個竹䉀茅根水,一大支一齊Share,呢次火鍋真係養生又下火呢。跟住就係火鍋必配既金菇菜喇!份量好多,而且滾一滾,食落去爽口唔痴牙。之後呢個都係必點!呢個係黑松露蟹肉餃,只係$68,放入鍋之後,湯底即刻有黑松露既香,原本已經係好高貴既湯底、佢既味道同層次都變得更加豐富之後就係黑柏

同日本A5和牛唔同,佢既油脂當然無咁多,
