To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去長沙灣探朋友,記得以前有間菜館“大煲皇”諗住早D食無咁多人,6:30到唔夠15分鐘已開始好多人入座,見服務員同客人打招呼對話,已感受到大部份都是熟客,一如以往主要價錢實惠材料新鮮,望到菜牌樣樣都想食,唯有每樣叫小小.🐠大公魚頭鍋$168湯底用全個已煎香大魚頭,材料非常豐富豆腐/腐竹/咸蛋王/果皮/姜/芹菜/菇...魚湯越滾越奶白,未開始食其他野,每人已飲 2 大碗湯,濃郁魚湯真係好好味😂招牌 3寶丸 $80牛丸/蝦丸/墨魚丸3款丸乒乓球咁大粒,手打超級鮮甜彈牙,唔使再形容“正”👍白鱔片$88大大片份量很多,肉質爽口又無泥味,手切牛頸脊$198(小)份量都好大雪花紋肥瘦油脂均勻,淥幾下就食得,肉質軟又唔鞋有油香有牛味,完全停唔到口水餃拼雲吞$75大大粒皮薄餡料豐富,娃娃菜$35打邊爐叫娃娃菜一流,索晒魚湯越滾越淋超甜👍
